However we understand that under certain circumstances, changes are unavoidable. See below for our options.
Our Refund Policy for Live Events, Workshops & Experiences
We do not offer refunds on any of our experiences yet we do offer transfers under the following circumstances:
If you contact us at least 72 hours before a live evening transmission or weekend workshop we can offer you a one-time only transfer to the following experience – if there is one available. If none are available we are unable to hold any credit for you on file.
For a Divine I AM Transmission Training
Providing your request is at least 1 week prior to the event we can offer you a one-time transfer to the next available Training future event under the following two circumstances: the training you are transferring from hasn’t sold out (as it would have negated others from booking) and there is a future event with availability that is live on our website.
For our Trailblazer Academy Training Courses
If you contact us at least 30 days before the course begins we can offer you a full refund.
If you contact us at least 15 days before the course begins we can offer you a one time transfer to the next available Lightworkers Rise course, providing there is a future event with availability that is live on our website.
There are no refunds for this course within 15 days.
